LuckNow is built with a simple belief: your data belongs to you. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. There is no account creation, no analytics trackers, and no internet connection required to roll dice or review your history.

All data — including your roll history, statistics, and app preferences — lives exclusively on your device. This policy explains what data is stored locally and how it is used.

📱 2. Local Data Storage

LuckNow stores the following information only on your iPhone or Apple Watch using standard on‑device storage (UserDefaults and similar system containers):

• Roll history — up to 20 most recent rolls with timestamps.
• Statistics — aggregated data such as frequency, totals, and streaks, derived from your roll history.
• App preferences — selected theme, dice color, animation speed, sound and haptic settings, and appearance (light/dark/system).

🚫 3. What We Do Not Collect

• No personal identifiers — we do not ask for or store your name, email, phone number, or any ID.
• No location data — we never access your GPS or IP address.
• No usage analytics — we do not use third‑party analytics, crash reporters, or tracking pixels.
• No advertising — LuckNow contains no ads, and no data is shared with advertisers.
• No cloud sync — your data never leaves your device; iCloud sync is not used.

Because LuckNow does not collect any personal data, we do not sell, trade, or transfer any information — there is simply none to share.

⌚ 4. Apple Watch Companion

The Apple Watch version of LuckNow operates independently. It stores its own roll history and preferences locally on the watch. No data is synced to the iPhone or any other device.

If you uninstall the app from your watch or iPhone, all locally stored data is removed permanently. No backup or residual data is retained.

🔗 5. Third-Party Services

LuckNow does not integrate with any third‑party frameworks, SDKs, or web services that collect data. The app is self‑contained and does not make any network requests (except for optional App Store receipt validation, which is handled by Apple and does not involve us).

For transparency: the app uses Apple’s native frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit, SpriteKit) which may process data on‑device as part of system operations. Apple’s privacy policy applies to those system‑level interactions.

🧒 6. Children’s Privacy

LuckNow is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, there is no age‑based restriction or verification required.

📝 7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect minor clarifications or technical adjustments. The “Effective” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes. However, any update will be clearly marked here.

Since all your data is stored locally, you have full control:

• View — you can see your recent rolls and statistics inside the app.
• Clear — you can clear your history and statistics at any time from the app’s settings.
• Delete — uninstalling LuckNow removes all associated data from your device.
