• Step Count: We access your daily step count through Apple HealthKit to convert your physical activity into food units for your virtual pet.
• Purpose: This data is used solely to enhance your gaming experience by rewarding physical activity. It is never used for health diagnosis or any other purpose.
• We never write any data back to HealthKit and we never access heart rate, sleep, or any other health metrics.

🎮 Game Data

• Pet Information: Your pet's name, species, stage, mood, and care statistics.
• Game Progress: Your pet's health, happiness, hunger, and cleanliness levels.
• Food Units: The food units earned through your daily step activity.

⌚ Device Information

• Local Storage: All game data is stored locally on your Apple Watch using UserDefaults.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store any of your personal information on our servers. No databases, no remote logs.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Game Functionality: To operate the core features of the virtual pet game (feeding, cleaning, playing).
• Activity Rewards: To convert your daily steps into game rewards in real time.

• Parents should supervise children's use of health-related features, but initial HealthKit access requires parent/adult consent during authorization.
• No personal information is required to use the basic game features. All data remains offline with zero risk to children's privacy.

• Revoke Access: You can revoke HealthKit access anytime through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Fitness Pet.
• Control Data: You maintain full control over what health data the app can access.

🎮 Game Data

• Reset Data: You can reset your pet and start over anytime within the app — all previous data is erased immediately.
• Local Control: All game data remains under your control on your device.

🗑️ Deletion

• Uninstall: Deleting the app from your Apple Watch removes all associated data (pet info, food units, progress).
• No Server Data: There is no server-side data to delete.

7. Notifications

Our app may send local notifications to:

• Remind you to care for your pet (hunger/cleanliness alerts).
• Alert you when your pet needs attention.
• Provide daily care reminders to enhance interaction.

You can disable these notifications at any time through your Apple Watch settings → Notifications → Fitness Pet. All notifications are generated locally and never involve data transmission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our app does not integrate with any third-party services except Apple native frameworks:

• Apple HealthKit: For step count access (governed by Apple's privacy policy; we never access extra data).
• Apple UserNotifications: For local notifications (no data sharing).
• No Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no advertising SDKs.

9. International Users & Cross-Border Data Transfer

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• No cross-border data transfers occur.
• GDPR, PIPL, and other global privacy regulations are inherently satisfied.
• Your data never leaves your Apple Watch, regardless of your country of residence.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
