1. Data Collection

PhotoBench does not collect any personal data. We do not track you, sell data, or use analytics that identify you personally.

• No account creation — you use the app without signing up.
• No usage tracking — we do not record how you use the app.
• No crash reporting — we do not receive crash logs or diagnostics.

The only data that remains on your device is the photos you choose to process and export.

2. Your Photos & On‑Device Processing

All photo editing — compression, EXIF cleanup, and AI enhancement — is performed locally on your iPhone. Your original images are never uploaded to any server.

• Face Restoration, Quality Enhancement, Low‑Light, Rain Removal — all AI models run on your device.
• EXIF metadata is read and modified only on your device.
• No photo data is sent to Apple, third parties, or our servers.

3. EXIF Metadata

PhotoBench can read and clear EXIF metadata (camera, lens, GPS, date, etc.) directly on your device. Metadata removal is performed locally:

• You have full control over what metadata to keep or remove.
• Location coordinates can be stripped while preserving other shooting data.
• No metadata is transmitted or stored externally.

4. Third‑Party Services

PhotoBench does not integrate with any third‑party analytics, advertising, or cloud storage services. The app does not include external SDKs that collect data.

• No ads — the app is ad‑free.
• No social media sharing — we do not include sharing buttons or trackers.
• No cloud backup — we do not sync your photos to any cloud.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Because we do not collect your data, there is no data to access, delete, or correct. All your content remains under your full control.

• You choose which photos to process and export.
• You decide whether to save processed copies to your Photos library.
• You can uninstall the app at any time — no data is left behind on our side.

6. Children’s Privacy

PhotoBench does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app does not request or store age or identity information.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
